1/3 cup + 4T butter
3/4 cup cocoa (preferably Dutch process)
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup coconut
2 T crème de cacao (white)
1/4 tsp salt
Melt the butter, combine it with the cocoa, stir in the crème de cacao and beat in the eggs. Stir in the flour, sugar and salt. Finally, stir in the coconut.
Bake in a greased 8-by-8 pan for 25 minutes in a 350-degree oven.
