1/4 lb butter or margarine
12 oz pkg chocolate chips
4 cups mini marshmallows (colored)
1 cup chopped nuts
Coconut Flakes
Put butter and chocolate chips in a double boiler, melt on medium heat. In large bowl mix marshmallows and nuts. Pour melted ingredients over marshmallows and nuts. Blend and mix together.
Prepare two rectangular sheets with aluminum foil. Cover each sheet with coconut flakes. Form a salami with the mixture on the foil. Wrap in foil and put in refrigerator until solid. Slice 1/4" thick.
