A special series of this piece was also released in March, 2010. There were a total of 110 pieces made that were a mold variation with the cats having golden bracelets, blinged eyes and a crystal in the medallion around the cat's neck. The blinged versions of Anubis were available as a dealer special from Janet Cole at Old Towne Antiques. There were a total of five color variations in which the colors of the crystals in the eyes and the medallion varied. The final edition sizes of this special series were:
Aqua Eyes - 22
Black Eyes - 15
Peridot Eyes - 22
Siam Eyes - 23
Emerald Eyes - 28
